client-centred therapy

I offer person-centered psychotherapy primarily for people in life crises and for people who are interested in personal development. During therapy the client chooses the topics that are important to them and that they would like to talk about. Through paraphrasing and the therapist's intervention, the client has the opportunity to reflect, classify and evaluate important thoughts and experiences for themselves.

Person-centered therapy can also be seen as a valuable tool for personality development. The client gets to know themself better in the process and thus has the opportunity to experience a new feeling that leads to a changed way of dealing with themselves and the environment.

This development ultimately alleviates their “suffering” or even cures it.
