When to therapy
Life is a process of constant change and development in which we experience highs and lows. Sometimes certain experiences shape us in a not entirely healthy way without us always noticing it. If we feel unwell for several weeks or months and believe we know the causes or not, then therapy is a way to deal with personal issues and ultimately achieve a better attitude to life.
Therapy as a healing process allows clients to recognize, express and perceive thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a new way - to open up and get to know themselves better. It is the opportunity to expand the one-sided tunnel vision, to be accepted and supported in order to ultimately be able to accept yourself better.
